Mongolia is home of great variety of wildflowers. There are 3,000 species of flowering plants in Mongolia of which 975 species are registered as medicinal plants and used in folk and traditional medicine.  The trip will design to maximize the opportunity to catalog and photograph the unique wildflowers and flora.

Day 1 Ulaanbaatar

Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to hotel. We will visit Mongolia Natural History Museum. Enjoy cultural performance before welcome dinner.

Day 2 Terelj National Park

We will pick up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Drive to Chinggis Khan statue complex on the way to Terelj National Park. Chinggis khan statue complex is located bank of the Tuul river. You will see huge statue and visit museums. Then we will drive to Terelj National Park which is green meadows carpeted with Edelweiss and a dazzling variety of other wild flowers attract nature lovers. Explore wildflowers. The most popular flowers in Terelj are Prickly Rose, Meadow Row, Red Lousewort, Purple Pasque, Siberian Columbine, Asian Globe and Wooly Anemone

Day 3 Terelj National Park

Today we will take a full day observing flowers and horse riding. When you will ride a horse, we visit nomadic family. We can have dairy products and Mongolian traditional BBQ.

Day 4 Khustai National Park

In the morning we will drive to Khustai National Park where offers more than 100 species of flowers in a short period. The fen logy period is May 10 – August 20. The best time to see many flowers is June10 – July 20. During this period, you can see nearly 50 species of flowers. From July 20 to August 20, you can see about 30 species of flowers.

Day 5 Khustai National Park

Today we will take a full day observing flowers. You can also see wild animals such as the Przewalski horse, red deer, marmot, and many birds.

Day 6 Ulaanbaatar

Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Farewell dinner in restaurant.
